This is an extraordinary year for Friends of Bulloch, Inc.  On June 7, 2025, not only will we be celebrating the 40th Magnolia Ball for the preservation of Bulloch, but we will also be celebrating the 120th anniversary of the visit to Roswell by Theodore Roosevelt, 26th President of the United States. All of this makes the Magnolia Ball more grand this year! Our theme, “Be A Part of History,” is literally what we are inviting each of you to do.

Bulloch Hall is the only nationally recognized historic home in Roswell and is listed on the National Register of Historic Places. Bulloch Hall was the childhood home of Mittie Bulloch, who married Theodore Roosevelt, Sr. at the house on December 22,1853.  Their son, “Teddy“ Roosevelt, visited his mother’s home in 1905 while on a reconciliation tour of the United States.

The mission of this year’s Magnolia Ball fundraiser is the illumination of our beloved Bulloch Hall, concentrating on Life Safety projects, including exterior lighting and restoration of damaged areas. Every year thousands of visitors come to Bulloch Hall and we need to ensure that safety is paramount in their experience.

The Magnolia Ball is an elegant and highly coveted Roswell social event. Sponsorships of $1,200 or more will be recognized at the Ball and receive exceptional visibility throughout the year as members of the prestigious Bulloch Hall Society 1839, which highlights your name/business in every Friends of Bulloch eNewsletter.  This year, sponsorships of $2,500 or more have the added benefit of becoming part of Bulloch history. Those sponsor names will be inscribed on a permanent plaque prominently displayed on the grounds of Bulloch Hall. This is an exciting opportunity in which we hope you will participate in.

Please consider a sponsorship, complete the Sponsorship Form online or mail with your check to Friends of Bulloch, Inc., Attention: Bob Hagan, 995 Canton Street, Suite 100, Roswell, GA 30075.  You can also conveniently register for the ball online or call Nancy Alterman at 770-262-6300.

We are deeply grateful for your participation and generosity. We are looking forward to seeing you at the 40th Annual Magnolia Ball.

Warmest regards,

Bob Hagan
